Digital Products (Crochet Patterns, Instructions, PDF Files)
Due to the nature of digital products (instant downloads), returns, cancellations, or refunds are not accepted once the purchase has been completed.
Upon payment, you immediately gain access to the file, which cannot be revoked.

Physical Products (Handmade Plush Toys, Accessories)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (such as an order number or confirmation email) is required.
The customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Products

Include clear photos of the issue, and we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
